Hawaii Kai

In the shadow of Pu'u Mai Stairs (Koko Head Hike) and overlooking the Beautiful Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve is the first planned community on the island of Oahu, Hawaii Kai. About 10 miles from Honolulu, the former wetland turned luxurious suburban community has grown rapidly with residential and commercial
development in the last few decades.

Hawaii Kai is home to more than 30,000 residents. Drawn in by the parks and recreation facilities, wide streets and sidewalks, and mix of condominiums and single-level homes, alongside some of Oahu’s grandest luxury estates. Hawaii Kai is a one-stop shop for all its residents. With a variety of dining options, retail stores, great public and private schools, and ample opportunity for watersports - there is hardly a need to travel into Honolulu for everyday items. Did we mention there is a Costco?

Although the area has seen rapid development, preservation of the land is a State priority. With pristine beaches, Hanauma Bay and a plethora of other outdoor activities - you will be living in an outdoorsman's paradise.
